I’ve been with VPSLand for 3 weeks. Every week on Wednesday at 6 my time the server goes down. It takes two to three hours to get it back up. Without fail, they blame it on “network issues” odd though that it is every week, on the same day, at the same time. support tickets take hours upon hours to be acted upon, their “live chat” is never online. from a speed standpoint no complaints, from a customer friendly standpoint they are useless.
maybe I can give more information about their SLA policy if this keeps up…
