Tagged by Isabel Wang on 5 things that you probably didn’t know about me.

Easy part first — most of you who read this blog probably don’t personally know me (unlike the readers of my other blog), so “the things you didn’t know” probably covers everything.

I don’t speak nor understand Taiwanese/Hokkien, despite living in the south part of Taiwan for the first 14 years of my life. I studied “fine arts” from grade 3 to grade 8 in those selected school in Taiwan, and many of my primary school classmates subsequently became arts teachers. Somehow I rebelled and became a code monkey… I was once an avid OS/2 developer/advocate. That did not last long. There was one subject which I almost failed at uni — Psychology 1. Don’t ask why a CS student took a psychology class. I didn’t have a TV from 1995 to 2005. I do have one at home now, and watch maybe 10 minutes of TV in a month.
